For Vendors: Getting Started

Step 1: Create Your Vendor Shop

  • Vendor Registration
  • Click "Become a Vendor Partner"
  • Choose your vendor type (Boutique/Designer/Manufacturer)
  • Enter basic business information

Step 2: Setup Wizard - Business Details

Business Information:

  • Shop name and tagline
  • Business registration number
  • GST number if applicable
  • Years in business (Future)
  • Specialization (Bridal, Casual, Festive, Maternity, Party, etc.)

Contact Details:

  • Business address with pincode
  • Primary and secondary contact numbers
  • Business email address
  • Website/social media handles

Banking Information:

  • Bank account details for payments
  • IFSC code
  • Account holder name
  • PAN card details

Step 3: Document Requirements

Mandatory:

  • Business registration certificate
  • GST registration certificate (if applicable)
  • PAN card (business/individual)
  • Bank account details (cancelled cheque/bank statement)
  • Address proof of business location

Step 4: Submit for Approval

  • Review all information before submission
  • Submit application for verification
  • Approval Timeline: 24-48 hours
  • Receive approval notification via email/SMS

  • Navigate to "Add New Product"

    • Original price and suggested rental price
    • Occasion tags
    • Upload images and set featured image
    • Set inventory and availability
    • Save as draft or publish immediately

Bulk Upload Option:

  • Download product template (Excel/CSV)
  • Fill product information in bulk
  • Refer to images uploaded in image upload section
  • Upload template file
  • Review imported products before publishing to Platform and/or Vyshlogroups
  • Bulk publish or individual review option

Essential Information:

  • Product Title: Clear, descriptive (e.g., "Red Georgette Anarkali with Gold Embroidery")
  • Category: Anarkali, Lehenga, Saree, Sharara, etc.
  • Occasion: Wedding, Party, Festival, Casual (Future)
  • Fabric: Cotton, Silk, Georgette, Chiffon, etc.
  • Size Range: XS to 5XL with detailed measurements
  • Color: Primary and secondary colors
  • Brand/Designer: Your brand name or designer credit (Future)

Detailed Description Template:

  • Fabric: [Fabric type and quality]
