Vyshlo acts solely as an intermediary platform and does not manufacture, own, or directly sell most of the products listed.

• Customer – A user who purchases or rents items on the platform.
• Seller / Lister / Boutique – A business or individual listing garments for sale or rental.
• Rental Item – Any garment listed for temporary use.
• Transaction – Any purchase or rental agreement conducted through the platform.

Users must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate account information
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Vyshlo reserves the right to suspend accounts that provide false information.

Users must create an account to access certain features.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality
• Safeguarding login credentials
• All activities under their account.

Vyshlo provides a platform to connect Buyers and Sellers, Listers and Renters.

Vyshlo:

• Does not guarantee product quality
• Does not guarantee availability of listings
• Is not responsible for disputes between users.

However, Vyshlo may assist in dispute resolution.

Sellers, Listers & Boutiques agree that:

• All items listed are legally owned or authorized for resale or rental
• Product descriptions are accurate
• Images represent the actual garment.

Prohibited items include:

• Counterfeit designer goods
• Stolen items
• Illegal products.

Vyshlo reserves the right to remove listings that violate platform policies.

Sellers or Listers may set their own prices for sale or rental.

Vyshlo may charge:

• Commission on each transaction
• Payment processing fees
• Service fees.

The applicable fees will be communicated through the platform dashboard.

Sellers, Listers, and Boutiques must:

• Ship items within the specified time
• Package items appropriately
• Maintain accurate inventory.

Failure to fulfill orders may result in penalties or cancellation.

For rental transactions:

• Rental duration will be specified at checkout
• Items must be returned by the agreed return date
• Late returns may incur additional charges.

Rental garments must be returned in similar condition as received, excluding normal wear.

Customers are responsible for:

• Excessive damage
• Loss of garments
• Theft of rental items.

Charges may be deducted from security deposits or billed separately.

Normal wear from standard use is acceptable.

If a customer receives an item that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the listing description, the responsibility shall rest with the seller, lister, or boutique that provided the item.

Vyshlo may:

• Issue refunds to Customers
• Deduct the refund amount from the seller's pending payouts.

Repeated violations may result in seller account suspension.

Returns and refunds are subject to the Vyshlo Refund Policy.

Customers may request returns for items that are:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Significantly different from the listing.

Return requests must be made within the specified time window.

Payments will be processed through secure payment providers.

Vyshlo may hold payments temporarily to:

• Complete transaction verification
• Process returns or disputes.

Seller payouts will be released after successful order completion.

Users must not:

• Misuse the platform
• Attempt fraudulent transactions
• Bypass platform payment systems.

Violation may result in account termination.

Users are prohibited from conducting transactions outside Vyshlo after connecting through the platform.

This includes:

• Direct payments
• Private sales arrangements.

Violations may result in serious legal actions and / or account termination.

All trademarks, branding, and content on the platform belong to Vyshlo or their respective owners.

Users may not reproduce or distribute platform content without authorization.

User data will be handled according to the Vyshlo Privacy Policy and applicable laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

Customer information may only be used for order fulfillment and platform operations.

Vyshlo reserves the right to:

• Monitor transactions
• Investigate suspicious activity
• Suspend accounts involved in fraud.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vyshlo shall not be liable for:

• Product defects
• Delays in shipping
• Losses caused by third-party Sellers.

The platform's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the transaction.

Users agree to indemnify and hold Vyshlo harmless from any claims arising from:

• Misuse of the platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of intellectual property rights.

Vyshlo may suspend or terminate user accounts for:

• Policy violations
• Fraudulent activity
• Repeated customer complaints.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the location where Vyshlo is registered.

Vyshlo may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on the platform.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
